Real Detail Terms of Service

1. Terms of Sale

By booking a service with Real Detail, either online or via phone, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read the following terms carefully before making an appointment. Once an appointment is made, you are bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Packages & Pricing

Real Detail offers a range of detailing services that may vary depending on the vehicle type. Prices and service packages are subject to change at our discretion and will be reflected on our website. All pricing adjustments are final at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Should a payment method fail, you must arrange an alternative method within 48 hours. After this period, we reserve the right to initiate a collection process.

4. Booking Conditions

Please ensure all personal items, money, and valuables are removed from the vehicle before the detailing service begins. Real Detail will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property, the vehicle being serviced, or the service location. Vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand standard cleaning processes. Real Detail reserves the right to charge for any additional work not included in the booking at an hourly rate of $50. A 20% surcharge will be applied for jobs involving hazardous materials such as urine, vomit, or blood.

5. SMS Terms and Conditions

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Real Detail LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries

Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Real Detail LLC at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from (Real Detail LLC) at any time.”

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 25-35 SMS messages per week related to your car detailing appointments, billing inquiries, and follow-up messages. 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Real Detail LLC in the following ways:

  • By submitting an online form

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at 919-716-5282 to request removal from our messaging list.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Real Detail LLC. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, online review requests, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, a $40 fee will be charged. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in additional charges.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If there is clear evidence that our service did not meet the agreed-upon standard, Real Detail will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no extra charge. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion by phone, email, or text message. Photos of the unsatisfactory areas must be sent within this time frame.

8. Appointment Timing

Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our technician may arrive late. Please allow for a 30-90 minute window for arrival. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays.

9. Coupons & Referral Program

Occasionally, Real Detail may offer referral programs where you can earn credits by sharing a referral link with new customers. Referral credits may not be combined with other promotions. Real Detail reserves the right to adjust or void credits at its discretion and impose penalties for misuse of the referral program.

10. Website Terms of Use

By accessing the Real Detail website, you agree to comply with our terms of use and all applicable laws. The content on the site is for personal, non-commercial use only, and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Real Detail does not guarantee any specific outcomes and limits its liability to the total amount paid for the service. In no event shall Real Detail be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

The laws of North Carolina govern this agreement. Any disputes arising from using our services or website will be resolved under the jurisdiction of North Carolina.
