How do I book a service?

The best way to book a service with us is through our booking system here on our website. This ensures that all the details are seamlessly taken care of, and it shows how much we care for our customers. Can you detail my car at my home, office or appartment?
Yes, we can! We are equipped with a generator and a rinse less wash solution to ensure we can meet the demand anywhere. Whether you’re at home, at work, or anywhere else, we can conveniently meet you where you are.
Is having access to water or electricity necessary?
Access to water or electricity is not necessary but extremely helpful! Real Detail offers a fully mobile service and comes equipped with a waterless wash system and all the necessary detailing equipment to ensure we can service your vehicle regardless of location. While having access to water and electricity could be helpful, our waterless wash and advanced tools allow us to deliver top-quality detailing without the need for external resources. We’re fully prepared to meet your detailing needs and ensure your car receives the best care possible, no matter where you are.
Do I need to drop off my car?
No. We’ll come and provide the service wherever your vehicle is, whether at home or work.
How long does a detailing or ceramic coating take?
Each detail varies in duration depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. On average, an Exterior Detail takes 1-2 hours, an Interior Detail takes 2-4 hours, and a Full Detail takes 4-6 hours. For ceramic coating, the process typically takes 6-12 hours, as it involves multiple steps, including paint correction, application, and curing. How long will the detail last?
Real Detail prides itself on how long we are able to keep your car clean even after we are done detailing. We generously apply various paint, window, and plastic sealants and protectants all over your car to keep it shining and protected for longer. Our detailing process includes thorough washing, clay bar treatment, and polishing to remove contaminants and minor imperfections. We then apply high-quality wax or ceramic coatings for lasting protection. Some of these aspects will help preserve your car over time beyond a simple exterior and interior detail. What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Raleigh, including Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Clayton, Knightdale, Garner, Faquary Varina, Smithfield, and Holly Springs. A customer outside of these areas will have to pay a travel fee, or book services totaling to at least $400.
Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
Once you’ve had your vehicle detailed, you’ll qualify for our maintenance program—a highly discounted, recurring service to keep your vehicle looking the way you want it to.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, Venmo, and cash app payments.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re covered with liability insurance in case of accidents.
Can you detail my vehicle at my workplace or while away?
Yes! As long as we have access to the vehicle and permission to detail on the premises, we can detail!
How do I prepare my vehicle for a detailing appointment?

Go ahead and remove any large objects from the vehicle, such as car seats and bags. Also, any small belongings can be removed or placed in your glove box or center console.
